If you are a California or Nevada resident you may use this page to make requests for access to either categories of personal information, specific personal information, or both, which is in the possession of Orbitly. After making a request using this page, Orbitly will confirm receipt within ten (10) days and will generally respond with all responsive information to your request within forty-five (45) days. If Orbitly needs more time to make a complete response, we will notify you within forty-five days that we will need such an extension of time and of the reason why we need said extension.
